Anticipation builds as the weekend features six Top 25 matchups. From sunrise to sunset, you'll have no reason to leave your couch.

Previewing the 11:00 slate, College Gameday is headed to Bloomington, Indiana, to cover a top-5 matchup. No. 5 Indiana will host the No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes, and Julian Sayin and his crew are looking to get some revenge for Indiana's undefeated season last year. Jeremiah Smith is having another breakout year, already nearing 1,000 receiving yards in just six games!

On the other side, Indiana has continued their dominance from last season, winning 22 consecutive games dating back to the 2025 season opener. However, they've faced a couple of close calls so far, nearly getting upset by unranked Northwestern and Nebraska and escaping with wins in the final minutes. But with Gameday in town, an electric home-field advantage could slow down the Ohio State offense.

For SEC fans, No. 16 Mississippi State is traveling to Baton Rouge to take on the shaky No. 22 LSU Tigers. Lane Kiffin is coming off his second early-season loss, dropping one last week in overtime at Kentucky, 35-34. Mississippi State is coming off a bye week after a blowout home loss to Alabama. Both teams are looking to get back in the win column, with two superstar quarterbacks facing off: Bulldogs' Kamario Taylor and Tigers' Sam Leavitt. Who will come out victorious? That will be determined on Saturday.

Once you're fully awake, the 2:30 p.m. slate will deliver as much excitement as the earlier games. Two more SEC matchups feature No. 6 Alabama traveling to No. 14 Tennessee, and No. 13 Mizzou heading to Oxford to take on the No. 9 Ole Miss Rebels.

Pete Golding and his team will face another ranked opponent. Hopefully, getting blown out in the Swamp can wake this team up, considering Missouri has been a very sneaky team in the SEC this year. Looking to continue their run-game dominance, Jamal Roberts will lead the backfield, with 433 rushing yards and five touchdowns in the last two games. The last time Ole Miss faced a strong run game, it ended in a 52-24 loss. With that in mind, we will see how Bryan Brown adjusts his defense to another solid run game.

As for Alabama, the Crimson Tide looks to bounce back from a frustrating home loss to Georgia on Oct. 10, with the referees stealing the spotlight late in the fourth quarter. Tennessee comes off a 24-17 win at Arkansas, with quarterback George MacIntyre earning a win in his first career start as a Vol.

Alabama has won 17 of its last 20 matchups against the Volunteers and will look to continue its dominance on Saturday, even with wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams out with knee and head injuries.

Later in the evening, No. 2 Notre Dame gets its first test of the year as it travels to Provo, Utah, to face No. 8 BYU. Fans complain about the Irish's strength of schedule every year, so this game will answer whether they can handle solid competition.

BYU is finding ways to win, with sophomore quarterback Bear Bachmeier leading the team to a 5-0 start. However, Notre Dame has allowed the fewest yards per game (YPG) of any team in the country. Marcus Freeman will have to rely on his defense to stop the Cougars' offense.

To keep the ball rolling, and add to the 6:30 p.m. slate's drama, No. 18 Oklahoma State travels to No. 20 Houston, with both teams off to great starts and led by superstar quarterbacks Connor Weigman for the Cougars and Drew Mestemaker for the Cowboys. Mestemaker seems to be one of the best transfer portal grabs from last offseason. On the other side, Weigman has been just as good and is looking to improve his draft stock for next year's draft.

With five teams still undefeated in BIG 12 play, Houston will look to hand Oklahoma State its first conference loss of the year and improve its chances of winning the conference championship.

These six games hint at what's at stake for many teams on Saturday. Some teams are playing to salvage their season and still have a chance at postseason play, while others are looking to build on their success.

Other notable matchups include Florida traveling to No. 7 Texas, Virginia taking on No. 24 SMU, and a Big Ten rivalry as Penn State plays Michigan in Ann Arbor.

A lot is at stake this weekend, and you won't want to miss it, from College Gameday going live from Bloomington at 8 a.m. CT on ESPN to the final ranked team kicking off at 9:15 p.m. CT, as No. 11 Utah travels to Colorado for some night action.
