I'm Jyesha Nance, an Alabama graduate from West Tennessee who studied News Media and Sport Management. While I initially aspired to be a sideline reporter, my hands-on experience in management and athlete relations shifted my focus toward branding, strategy, and empowering athletes to elevate their voices. This passion led me to launch Sneesh Sports in March 2024. Named after my childhood nickname, the company serves as a platform for authentic storytelling and innovative content strategy. I specialize in athlete branding, social media growth, and podcast production, having developed content for major events like the Super Bowl, NFL Draft, and the NFL Combine. Through Sneesh Sports, I am dedicated to helping athletes share their stories while supporting fellow media professionals in building their careers. My work is driven by a commitment to creativity and the belief that every athlete deserves a platform to define their own identity.

His experience includes hosting Alabama Football's In-Venue Studio Show, PA and On-Air work for SEC Network, Freelancing for FOX Sports, and coverage for multiple outlets on opposite coasts of the United States. Jace has written about and covered athletes and stories throughout sports while developing experience in reporting, interviewing, and sports storytelling. At SneeshSports, Jace helps expand our original coverage by telling the stories behind athletes, teams, and major moments throughout sports.

Wales Smith is a freshman News Media major at The University of Alabama with a passion for sports broadcasting and storytelling. Originally from Pell City, Alabama, Wales is pursuing a career in sports media with the goal of becoming a sports broadcaster. His experience began with his hometown radio station, where he gained hands-on experience operating cameras, assisting with game coverage, and documenting statistics. Working for SneeshSports will allow him to grow his knowledge of sports media as a whole, while providing expert insight in the world of sports. Above all, Wales is a follower of Jesus Christ, and his faith is an important part of who he is and how he approaches his work. He strives to use the opportunities God has given him to serve others, work hard, and pursue excellence in his career.
